How to order

When you see an item you want to buy, press the 'Add to bag' button. This places the item in an electronic shopping bag.
You may continue shopping after placing an item in your cart. To return to your bag at any point during the shopping process, click on the bag symbol located in the top right corner of your screen.
After putting all the items you wish to buy in your shopping bag, select your order destination, method of shipping and click on 'Secure Checkout.'
You will be asked to sign in if you have an existing account or to simply provide your email if you are a first-time shopper.
You will be asked to give us your shipping address and billing address.
You will be offered the opportunity to gift wrap your items or just add a free gift card.
You will then be asked to specify your payment method and to create a password (in case this is your first order) for your later access to our order tracking page.
A new page will show all your order details and total amount for a final review. Click the "Submit Order" button.
After you click on 'Submit Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number you can use to contact us. We will also send you a confirmation of your order via email.
One discount, coupon or promotional offer may be applied per order. Items marked as "Final Price" are excluded from all discounts, coupons and promotional offers. Discounts do not apply to shipping fees.
